Missy graduated from Utah Valley University in 2009 with a degree in Communications. She has more than 10 years of restaurant experience across several brands. Missy was an important member of the Firebird’s new store opening team and contributed to the successful opening of multiple restaurants in a number of states on the East Coast. Missy spent 4 years working for D&D Management Enterprises, a large Jimmy Johns franchisee in Northern Utah, rounding out both her operation and accounting experience. Missy currently heads up the social media effort across various businesses.
Missy enjoyed being a mother to her son Harris until his passing in November of 2021. She started the Happy Like Harris Project to keep his happy memory alive by spreading happiness to others. You can see that happiness over at happylikeharris.com and @happylikeharris on Instagram.
